Transfer Log

Use this log for non-emergency transfers. Facilities can be selected from pre-defined lists at both the origin and destination points if the Facility box is checked (default). If this box is unchecked the location can be typed as free-text.

This log is presented automatically when the call originates from a prescheduled transfer request. The log is also presented for immediately dispatched transfer requests that originate through the New Record button
