Software for Volunteers

At EMFOTEC we realize that funding is limited for smaller volunteer organizations. We also recognize that these organizations need quality software as much as their bigger cousins. We think program pricing should be related to call volume because if you won’t use the programs as much you should not have to pay as much.

Our ePCR program, PIM Express™, offers a flexible, efficient, and easy-to-use solution for electronic call documentation. It provides professional capability at a low price that makes it ideal for smaller volunteer organizations running up to 1000  calls . The cost of a single-computer system is $675.

For agencies running 900 calls or less per year we offer discounts. Prices for our four programs in the EMS Record Management ™ series are available at substantial discounts related to your annual call volume. These products are:

The list price is $475 for a single copy of each program and $575 for a site license or networked version of each program

 All systems come with three months "start-up" support. Annual support agreement is available for 15% of the software cost
