Home Screen

The Home Screen keeps report writing organized.by providing a homebase for managing data entry.

Start and Finish the report from this screen

Data Entry is organized into 11 topics which are accessed through the buttons along the bottom. Each topic can be entered or revisited at any time

Prompt Mode walks the user through alternate versions of the topic screens for step-by-step data entry. Switch back-and-forth between Prompt Mode and Data Entry while maintaining the sequence of Prompt Mode

Procedure Summary is always available in the bottom half of this screen and all topic screens. Procedures can be be rapidly entered through the Procs topic and automatically sorted by timestamp by double-clicking on the Times column

A Patient Care Report can be viewed and printed from this screen at any time. An Itemized Charges Report can be printed from the Billing topic screen.

Close calls from this screen when all data entry is completed. Closing the call moves it to an archive file where it is secure from unauthorized viewing or modification.

Validate calls prior to closing by checking for missing data items and checking data for possible errors. This is done automatically prior to closing the call and can be done at any time by clicking Check for Errors or Missing Items

Import "Point-of-Care" Data collected by a Palm PDA or the Procedure Notepad program on a laptop. Click Use Notepad to bring this externally generated data directly into the report.

Attach Scanned Items such as EKG' strips and signatures to appear in the printed report

Hold calls for review prior to closing.
