Dispatch Logs Optimized by Call Type
All Dispatch Manager products operate from a single screen so all information is in front of the dispatcher. The screen is divided into two sections: the current call and active calls

The information required for a call varies by call type. The logs for the current call section are optimized by call type. This provides great flexibilty for the dispatcher while keeping all information in one screen.
The call type logs are:
A call in the active calls section can be made the current call by double clicking the call or by highlighting the row and clicking Select
Radio buttons in each log control the calls displayed in the active calls section. This allows the dispatcher to easily view and select from all calls or just emergencies, transfers, fire calls and so forth This helps better manage resources.
