EMFOTEC offers two products that offer professional EMS software to document patient care in the field.

The EMS Notepad™ is a tablet or laptop PC program that carries data collection to the patient in the field or the back of the rig. Tiemstamped data points can be collected to record all interventions and patient-reported data using a touchscreen. Signature capture can be used to document refusals in the field. Data collected can be integrated directly to the Patient Information Manager for report completion in the hospital or back at the base.

The Patient Information Manager® prepares complete ePCR's that are easy to learn, use, and deploy  Flexible data entry modes meet the preferences of individual paramedics. Rapid data entry features reduce the time it takes to complete a report. Error checking assures a complete and accurate report. Signatures for refusals, paramedic responsibility and medical control can be recorded electronically. Legible, professional PCR's can be printed, faxed, or e-mailed to the hospital.

The Patient Information Manager can be networked and receive remote data by flash drive transfer or over the Internet. Calls are archived and can be searched and retrieved. Reports are password protected and can be edited. Edited reports are timestamped at the time of editing. Several layers of security prevent unauthorized access to the program and to patient data.

Pricing is based on call volume and starts at $375 for a single installation of the PIM-LC program version limited to 375 calls per year. Other options include $675 per unit for up to 1000 calls annually.  Many options are available to extend the systems with specific capabilities
