The Dispatch Manager™ series can schedule and dispatch runs and then track both these and dispatched emergency calls from one screen. This screen shows both single call details and multiple call status. Its easy to switch between calls while maintaining an overview of all activity.

Efficient data entry features speed up the call taking process and remind the dispatcher of upcoming runs so that pickups will be on-time. Pre-planning and crew status monitoring make best use of resources in order to efficiently handle more calls,. increase your productivity, and increase your bottom line.

A printed event report is available for each patient encounter and is often used as a billing face sheet. Summary reports aggregate  data for process improvement and problem monitoring. Delays are monitored so that the dispatcher can immediately take proper action

The Run Record™ data logging program records details of each call similar to the Dispatch Manager, but in a non-staffed dispatch environment. Data is entered after the call has been completed so that reports are available and data can be archived for retrieval. Special features include  times for two vehicle responses (ambulance and ALS response vehicle) and recording of procedures and other interventions.
